Immediate effects: Many people report feeling relaxed, more focused, and mentally clear after just one session. Some may experience a shift in mindset or emotional relief right away.

Short-term results (within 1-3 sessions): For issues like stress reduction, sleep improvement, or mild anxiety, noticeable changes can occur within the first few sessions. You can track your progess from the first session, each session bring noticeable results. The brain can take up to 15 days to rewire with classical hypnosis and 8 to 9 days with HypnoFrequency.

Medium-term results (4-6 sessions): More complex issues, such as breaking bad habits (e.g., smoking cessation), overcoming multiples fears and phobias, or working on deeper emotional trauma, often require a few more sessions. Studies show that around 4 to 6 sessions are typically effective for behavioral changes or deeper emotional healing.

Long-term results (ongoing sessions): For chronic conditions such as long-standing trauma, anxiety disorders, or physical issues like pain management, traditional hypnosis may sometimes require more than six sessions. However, with the Hypnofrequency technique, we have not yet encountered the need for that many sessions, as the combined approach often accelerates the healing process.

Yes, Hypnofrequency sessions can be conducted remotely. We offer a few different session modalities to suit your needs. First, there’s a 40-minute short session, typically used for interviews, readjustments, or quick tasks such as preparation for an exam or business meeting.
The most popular option is the 1 hour 10-minute session, which allows for deeper healing in resonance with the frequencies. This length is ideal for addressing more complex needs and creating a more profound impact.
For those who require multiple sessions, we also offer packages, such as a bundle of three sessions. The exact structure of your sessions is determined during the initial interview based on your specific goals and schedule. After I assess your needs, I can recommend whether one, two, or three sessions will be most beneficial, and we’ll decide on the right combination of long and short sessions accordingly.

For example, something as simple as a Google Meet link can be provided for you to join from your phone, as long as it’s set to “Do Not Disturb” for uninterrupted focus. Yes, you can pay using various methods. For clients in Mexico, we offer payment through Conecta, a secure and trusted platform that allows you to pay in Mexican pesos. Conecta offers the convenience of paying with credit cards (including MasterCard, VISA, and American Express) from all countries, and it even allows cash payments at local stores if needed.

For international clients requiring online sessions, we do offer PayPal as an option, though it includes an additional fee. We typically recommend using Conecta, as it is more cost-effective and supports international credit card payments without the extra fees associated with PayPal.
