How to Prepare for the Online Hypnofrequency Session

Preparing for a Hypnofrequency session can greatly enhance its effectiveness and your overall experience! Here are detailed recommendations to help you get the most out of your session:

1. Create a Comfortable Environment

  • Choose a Quiet Place: Find a peaceful location where you won’t be interrupted during the session. This should be somewhere you feel safe and can express yourself freely, such as your bedroom or favorite couch.
  • Connection: Ensure your internet connection is stable for the duration of our session to avoid interruptions.
  • Software: Try using Skype. Create an account if you don’t have one and send me your contact details before the session.
  • Equipment: Check that everything is working properly. Use a functional camera that allows me to see your face when you’re in a relaxed position.
  • Ensure your headphones are suitable; I have a SoundCheck file specifically for low and sub frequencies.

  • If your headphones aren’t compatible, please check our list of certified headphones for Hypnofrequency, which you can also purchase in our online store if needed.
  • Trial: Make a test call to a friend or close relative to ensure everything is working properly. This way, we won’t lose time during your interview or first session.
  • Safety Protocol: If you wish, you can provide me with the contact information of someone who can reach out to you in case we get disconnected. I’d be happy to contact them if needed.

2. Prepare Your Mind and Body

  • Hydrate: Drink plenty of water beforehand to stay hydrated, but avoid large amounts right before the session to prevent interruptions.
  • Light Meal: Eat a light, healthy meal if you’re hungry, but avoid heavy foods that may make you feel sluggish. Ideally, finish eating at least 2 hours before the session.
  • No Coffee: If possible, limit your coffee consumption that day, especially if your session is in the morning. If you can’t start your day without coffee, limit it to just one cup.
  • Drugs and Pharmaceuticals: If you take any medications or substances, please let me know what they are and for how long you’ve been using them so I can assist you personally and provide the most effective session.
  • Stretching or Light Exercise: Gentle stretching or a short walk beforehand can help release any physical tension and prepare your body for relaxation.
  • Breathing Exercises: Practice deep, slow breathing for a few minutes before the session to center yourself.

3. Set Your Intention

  • Clear Purpose: Reflect on what you hope to achieve during the session—whether it’s quitting smoking, reducing stress, achieving deep relaxation, or exploring past life regression. Having a clear goal will guide your experience.
  • Positive Affirmation: Create a positive affirmation or intention to focus on during the session. You can share this with me via text before the session or during our pre-session chat (10 minutes max for a 30-minute session).

4. Limit Distractions

  • Turn Off Devices: Silence your phone and other devices to avoid distractions or interruptions during the session.
  • Notify Others: Let anyone around you know that you’ll be unavailable for the duration of the session, so they don’t disturb your focus.

5. Relax Beforehand

  • Short Meditation: Consider doing a brief 5-10 minute meditation to calm your mind and prepare for the session.
  • Listen to Relaxing Music: Soft, ambient music can help ease you into a relaxed state before the session begins.

6. Be Open and Receptive

  • Open Mind: Approach the session with an open mind and a willingness to fully engage in the process, embracing whatever comes up.
  • Let Go of Expectations: Release any specific expectations and allow the experience to unfold naturally, trusting that whatever happens is part of your healing journey.

7. Post-Session Care

  • Gentle Transition: After the session, take your time to gently come back to full awareness. Don’t rush to get up or immediately engage in other activities.
  • Journal: Consider jotting down any thoughts, feelings, or insights that emerged during the session. This can help you process the experience and integrate it into your life.

By following these steps, you’ll enter the session fully prepared, making it easier to connect deeply with your subconscious mind. This preparation allows for more meaningful, lasting transformation, opening you to profound insights and inner healing.
